Christmas Wish List MUST HAVES!

Been thinking of the make up products I would like to get for Christmas. I LOVE Christmas and winter in general as you can get away with a lot more make up in the party season and the dark hours of the day. Here are a couple of products that I'm a little bit Obsessed with at the moment and highly recommended.

1) Is collection 2000 Glam Crystals Glitter Eyeliners. Was so surprised by these, they are incredibly quick drying, have amazing staying power, and are colour strong with lots of glitter pigment! Not watery glitter at all. £2.99 - absolute bargain and great stocking filler!

2) Avon - Perfectwear Foundation. High coverage, creamy foundation. Really does last all day. Leaves your skin beautifully matte which is great for all the photographs at parties this time of year. Love it :) £12 normally but often goes on sale for less depending on which Avon book your looking at.

3) Urban Decay NAKED palette. This is an all year round staple really. I use it for practically all my everyday looks, my night time looks, on brides, everyone. £27 pounds and worth every penny, comes with a double ended eyeliner and a mini primer potion which is brilliant. Its special addiction in the UK so grab one if you find it.

4) MAC Ruby Woo red lipstick, My all time favourite MAC lipstick. Its velvety matte texture is so vintage, and the colour is so intense, perfect Christmas red in my opinion. Long lasting, and you can even eat without it travelling down your chin or leaving you with bad 'lip liner' effect. £12 I believe with out a MAC Pro card.
Had a Photo session with my friend Christine (an amazing photographer!! so proud of her) We Styled this shoot, I made the corset and Tutu, and did my own hair and make up.

Aukward Beginning of Blog

My name is Johannah-Emily. I am a 3rd year Costume Student from London England, specialising in theatrical Hair & Make Up. I've worked for Chanel and Lancome and Avon in the past year. I often give my friends make overs, tips and advice but recently found I have been repeating myself so much I thought it would be easier to Blog my tips and ideas for everyone to see. :)

So Hopefully over Christmas I will have some videos up of my favourite looks for costumes, weddings, parties and everyday cheeky little make up perks. One of my favourite hobbies is to check out new products and 'Shame & Fame' them to see what really works and what really doesn't!! Ill post up my findings.
